To qualify, orders must total $35.00 or over after all other discounts and coupons have been applied. All orders that total less than $35.00 will be charged low-cost weight-based shipping fees.
If you select any domestic shipping service other than “Standard,” shipping fees will be charged. You will be able to see the charges and be able to change your shipping service before you make your payment.

Shipping Processing Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Orders with free economy shipping are generally shipped within one to three business days after the order is placed.
Orders using USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or an expedited FedEx or UPS service that are received before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time will generally ship the next business day. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time will generally ship within two business days.
During periods of unusually high order volume, including the weeks leading up to the winter holidays, processing may take an additional one or two business days. Shipping carriers may also experience delivery delays during these periods, so please allow additional time for your package to arrive.

I bought something that is now available at a lower price. Can I get a partial refund?

Only part of my order shipped. Will the unfulfilled items ship later?
If an item cannot be shipped with the rest of your order, the unavailable item will be refunded.
